If you are looking for the best Cinnamon Beach can offer, look no further. Our 5th floor beauty is impeccably maintained and offers the best golf and ocean vistas. Lovely, pristine, airy beach motif will delight your senses and provide a relaxing time for you and your family or friends. NOTE: WE USE ONLY MERV 13 RATED A/C FILTERS INSIDE THE UNIT. On the \~280 sq. ft. tiled patio, you will find a large, oval table with six chairs. Perfect for al fresco dining, entertaining guests or family game nights. Access the patio through sliding glass doors in either the living room or the master bedroom. Both access points have vertical levelor blinds for privacy. The living room is equipped with sofa, side chairs, 50-inch flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a DVD player. DVD library with popular movies and television shows. Chest is stocked with assorment of board games. The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Lie in luxury on Wamsutta 800-thread count pima cotton sheets. Pamper yourself in the huge master bath with separate soaker tub and enclosed shower. Vanity has 2 sinks at right angle to one another allowing two adults to freshen up with plenty of extra room. You will find plenty of plush bath and hand towels, black makeup towels as well as extra sheets, pillows and pillowcases. Dining room has rectangular table with seating for up to 6\. The condo was as described - very spacious and comfortable - much more so than the pictures show. We loved being able to sit on the patio and watch the golfers throughout different parts of the day or just watching/listening to the ocean. We enjoyed having the option of laying by the pool or going to the beach - both of which were less than a 5 minute walk. The location of the condo made it an easy drive to St. Augustine to sight see. The resort community is beautiful, including the drive through the live oak trees to get to the main entrance. The condo was spotless. The view is great. With the balcony facing north, you have shade to avoid the heat of mid-day. We were there in December so weren't interested in getting in the ocean. The beach access by the condos leads to an area were there are rocks in the surf so not great for swimming but the access by the beachfront pool is better suited for that. Beach walking is not a problem anywhere along this stretch. The pools were awesome. The unit is close to the elevator and there are luggage carts available for move-in/out. This was one of our best VRBO experiences (and we've had quite a few). Would definitely return if the opportunity arises. ##### Mike M. Extremely clean condo. Well stocked kitchen. Private area with excellent security Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for use. The cinnamon sand is gorgeous and easy to walk on. It was a short walk to the pool and the beach. We were also able to enjoy activities at the Hammock Resort. We loved how clean your place was. We loved that you had everything we needed from extra blankets pillows to beach chairs towels to coolers! I wasn’t a fan of the ring doorbell camera. But I understand why the owner would want it. We have been going for years and this has been hands down the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! Hopefully we will stay here again. The beach wasn't in the best shape this year but it could be on account of the weather, there was a lot of seaweed and we have never seen seaweed on this beach before and during low tides the rocks were very visible. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the spectacular view of the ocean and golf course.
