The condo provides unobstructed ocean views and a short walk to beach access. Your toes will be in the sand, allowing you to soak in the rays in no time. This 3rd floor condo showcases open concept living, dining and kitchen areas that bring the family together. Cook everyone’s favorites in the kitchen, stocked with the cookware you may need and granite countertops. Brew your favorite cup of morning coffee in the Keurig or the Drip Coffee Maker. Additional bar seating at the kitchen counter is perfect for a quick snack before heading to the pools or beach. The Primary Suite welcomes you to a King bed with ocean and golf views from the window, as well as sliding glass doors out to the lanai. The private ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. The 2nd guest room offers a Queen bed with tropical touches. Nearby is a 2nd full bathroom located conveniently across the hall from the 3rd guest bedroom. In this 3rd bedroom, you’ll find 2 comfortable Twin beds and a TV to enjoy. Off of the main living space is a large balcony with a dining table and additional seating for further relaxation. The problem is there are giant rocks all along the beach which prohibits you from getting in the water. If I had known this I would have not booked this property. There were a few things that need a little TLC and deep cleaning for it to be the perfect place. There were holes in master closet, light in laundry closet not working, rugs were torn and looked very worn, secondary tub was clogged, lights in condo way too dim made condo look dingy, bottom of blender cracked, garbage can lid was broken off, couldn't find pillow cases for extra pillows, black particles and water fell from master bath vent, and the A/C unit over flowed and tripped the hot water tank. Then the hot water tank tripped 3 more times because of rusted parts. Because of that it took forever to shower if we even had hot water. Last for a community with that high of HOA fees why was the spa closed, elevator broken and all the water spouts to clean sand off were not working. A little disappointed because we have stayed here before and it was always perfect. Oh and with all the hot water problems we didnt even get any kind of refund for inconvenience. ##### Valerie F.
