Everything is designed to create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for family reunions, getaway trips with friends, or simply a vacation that will give you memories lasting a lifetime. This house is 3 stories, 4 bedrooms with King size bed, 4.5 baths and over 3700sf of relaxation. An elevator services all 3 floors so you won't have to climb stairs. The 1st floor boasts a quiet bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, a living room with a large wide screen HDTV, and a queen size sleeper sofa bed. The rear french doors from the living room and bedroom open onto the large patio area with a gas grill, a soothing water feature, a fire table, Adirondack chairs, and lake views. The washer and dryer are located on the 1st floor. You also have access to the 2 car garage from the 1st floor, with beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and kids bikes. On the 2nd Floor you will find the beautiful front entrance to the home with wide steps leading up from the glass entryway. There are 2 master bedrooms, one with its own balcony facing the ocean. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom, with a separate shower and soaking tub, as well as a HDTV so that you can watch TV without leaving the king size beds. You will love the 3rd floor of this beach house. Starting with a bedroom that has a king size bed, a lake view, and its own bathroom with another large soaking tub with separate shower. The shower will not only wash away the sand from your day on the beach, the 4 wall-mounted nozzles will massage any muscles that are sore from playing golf, swimming in the ocean or in 1 of the 2 heated pools, or taking advantage of the fitness center. The kitchen is also on the 3rd floor and is fully equipped. With gorgeous dark granite counters, wood cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, including a glass top stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, and wine cooler, you will be able to easily plan your next meal while sipping wine with your friends and family. The dining room table is massive and seats 10 people with views of the ocean. The 3rd floor living room has a fireplace, a very large HDTV, surround sound entertainment, another queen size sofa bed, and a half bathroom. Through the double french doors leading off of the living room, you will find yourself on another private balcony facing the ocean. This balcony is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and watching the sunrise. Every floor in this home is easily accessible by the elevator. There is also free wireless internet accessible on each floor and on the balconies. Oliver's Hideaway is within a gated community of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Resort and has a security guard with roving patrol for your peace of mind. The house is about 150 feet from the community pools where you have access to two (2) heated swimming pools (1 of which is a quiet pool for our adult guests, and the other is a zero entry pool), 2 spas, a kids water splash park, a baby-friendly pool, a clubhouse with fitness center, gameroom, pool table, and café! There are golf courses all over the place, including one meandering through the community and known as the Ocean Course, with inspiring ocean-side holes. The attention to detail, the owners response to our questions and the location was all I was wanting. Oliver’s Hideaway was the answer! We enjoyed the view from the porches in the mornings and evenings, the short walk to the beach and pool and room to spread out! Thank you for your hospitality! The weather did not cooperate with us being outside much but it just allowed us to enjoy the space that this home had to offer! Plenty of space for 7 adults and plenty of space to spread out. The elevator was awesome since my husband has a crushed ankle, and being able to utilize the elevator was perfect. We spent a great deal of time on the 3rd floor balcony which was very relaxing and having the overhead speakers to listen to music was a bonus. We worked on 2 puzzles and there were more to choose from. The gated community was nice to keep out unnecessary traffic. ##### Kimberly S. The house is beautiful. The location is perfect - a very short work to the beach and to the two pools. The kitchen is well stocked (could use a pizza cutter and a few additional utensils and couple more pots and pans). Plenty of glasses, plates, forks, knives, etc. Nice area for our 2 year old granddaughter to play, and our 9 month old granddaughter to crawl around! Large table that all of us could eat at as a family. We will definitely be back! ##### Brian G. We found the property to be nice as far as accommodations. The location however, could not be better. The house is steps from the beach access and community pools. The house was pretty clean and suitable overall. The only negative I would say is if you are a larger family that cooks in a lot, the kitchen is a little lacking in that department. Silverware is very scarce for larger groups, and pans, Tupperware, mixing bowls, etc. are very limited. Not a deal breaker by any means but something to consider if you plan to eat in. We had our young grandchildren with us and they enjoyed running up and down the stairs (there are a lot), and going for a ride on the elevator. Plenty of beach toys provided. The kitchen had most of the tools we needed. The balcony on the third floor was so nice, we could see the ocean between the houses on the opposite side of the road. A big patio table out there to eat at would be a huge plus. The path to the beach is a 2 minute walk down the road, and the community pool is 3 doors away. So very conveniently located to those spots. There is a grocery store 5-6 min drive away, which was great as we ate most meals in. Bob was very communicative with us, texted after we had settled in to check that all was ok. I have never experienced that in previous rentals. So that was very nice. ##### Tim and Elizabeth P. The house was very clean, comfortable and the floor plan was ideal for our family. We’ve stayed in this wonderful community many times over the years. We can highly recommend this house. The location is ideal since the club house, pools and beach are so close. The elevator is a nice touch, making it so much easier to settle in the house with all our luggage and grocery bags.
