Pool: The pool is professionally maintained and cleaned once a week by a certified pool service company. While every effort is made to ensure the pool is in excellent condition, occasional debris such as leaves may enter the pool due to weather conditions. Please be assured that the pool remains safe and clean for swimming. If you wish to request an additional pool cleaning during your stay, and if the service is available, a $100 fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your swim! Pet Rules: A $50 pet fee applies. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair is found on the furniture. Please ensure that you clean up after your pet. A $50 fee will be charged for any pet waste left in the backyard. Only small breed dogs are allowed, and all pets must be crated when unattended. Cats are not permitted. If you bring a pet without informing us in advance, we reserve the right to terminate your stay early or charge an additional $100, in addition to the original pet fee. Angela was easy to reach and very helpful and accommodating during our stay! Literally don't think we could have had a better host! We loved our time in Angela and Joe's home and would love to come back in the future. My boy said his favorite part of vacation was the pool at our rental and we went to the ocean, Legoland and swam with dolphins! If you have kids, they would love this place with a pool!! Nothing like waking up in the morning and taking a dip in the pool! I cannot say enough good things about our experience with the home and Angela. My bathing suit had bled dye in the tub and I was able to get it clean but when I notified Angela she was pleasant to deal with about the situation! Honesty is always the best policy! It had essentials which was very convenient until we could get our walmart order! Angela let us know that the laundry detergent was low ( we didnt even know at the time) and let us know that she was going to have more delivered to us! I have a 9 year old son and I swear he lived in the pool that was nice and warm! The pool toys were a nice touch as well! We loved the home and would definitely stay again!
