"Nice hotel located near the interstate with good"
Lots of restaurants available nearby. Had misfortune of room being next to some very noisy, late night young people. Mgr. handled situation very well and got them quiet. He then apologized to all who were affected. Every thing about the facility was excellent, friendly and clean.
The only weakness in the Staff was the Concierge. During check in and check out not very attentive. Waited even though neither of the two staffers had a customer. Requested villa unit with king and queen beds instead of king and two twin beds. Arrived at 5:30 pm and told that the queen units were not clean so took two twins. For check out at 11:00 am. Received door knock at a few minutes before 11:00 and a call a few minutes after. Walked over to check out and before I walked back to get suitcase, housekeeping was at door.
The complex and the Villas are very nice. Beautiful beach front with awesome staff at the Beach. Will stay again, but opportunity to improve professionalism and attentiveness of a few of the Staffers.

I was surprised how much room we had and with a sink and fridge with coffee maker - the layout was great. The continental breakfast was the best ever with Belgian waffles!
There was one time that our bed was not made but the rest of the room was cleaned - it could have been a miscommunication I had with one of the staff.
All in all I would highly recommend!
My husband and I travelled to Palm Coast at least once a year to visit relatives. We always stay at the Fairfield Inn. We also recommended this hotel to other relatives who had visited Palm Coast.
On this last occasion, our room did not get cleaned but we were able to get clean towels.
This resort offers very reasonable rates for what is offered. The suite size is definitely larger than most. Our suite had a living area, dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The suites are spread out through the resort in multiple buildings. This prevents the over-crowded feeling. The grounds were kept up very well. Be aware that the jetted tubs are being phased out. However the tubs are still large and very deep. The listing should be updated to reflect this. We would love to go back.
