This home on the water has easy access to the St. Lucie river with a short cruise to the intracoastal and ocean through the St. Lucie inlet. Enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in the charming historic downtown Stuart. This spacious home has all new furniture and beds. The family room has a 75" TV which stands on a table with an electric fireplace. Enjoy it for the ambiance or turn on the heat. The sofa is super cozy for movies when you pull out the extended cushions for your legs. The master bedroom and bath are very large with two walk-in closets. The patio has a cabana bath next to the hot tub. You can enjoy the dock which has a boat lift. We found the location to be perfect for us. We boated into Stuart, fished in the ocean and drove to Hutchinson Island for the beaches. We like to walk our dog or bike in the morning and the house is in a nice neighborhood for both. The house is very open and the primary bedroom side was nice and roomy for us.
