This apartment is in a nice neighborhood (an old fishing village). It has its own entrance, separate from the main house. It is in a detached renovated garage that has been completely done over. The space is 350 sqft w/a bedroom (double/full bed), bathroom w/shower and living/dining/kitchen space. The bath has a standup shower. Use of family pool is available. The futon is queen size.
