Great reception breakfast staff not so much.
He stay was very nice. The attendant at the reception desk was an excellent example of an excellent reception. He was courteous. Warm. And a very nice man. However, some of the breakfast staff was more than friendly and nice. Others not so much. Those that were not so nice seemed annoyed that they had to work. I realize that they’re busy. But if they can’t get it together to be pleasant maybe they should find other employment.

Person who greets you was ,so rude ! Our room the coffee cup lids didn’t fit I burned my mouth and wrecked my outfit for the day! The hotel was clean and friendly. I didn't like the lack of food options. I also felt that the little convenience area to purchase items was very expensive. Beware $4.67 for a bottle of water.

I had a surgery at the near by Bascom Palmer. I reserved what showed online on both Expedia and hotel as club room suites. The rooms were two ambience. And although they allowed me to check in at 11 am they did not have the suites. One of the ladies even told me “you could have read the fact that it is only if available”. They were sold out and I got a regular room. I could have reserve somewhere else. The manager call to say “sorry” but that did not solve my problem. Unfortunately my dad snores and I ended up sleeping at the shower floor and made it worst with the pain. I had called the day before and upon arrival explained my situation. The night before they could have told me they did not have the suites but they didn’t. This was not right nor showing caring about customer services. In hospitality there are other things than being sorry and also staff should not patronize guests about small printing. Not a good experience and desperate to get home as I’m in extreme pain

Great stay & staff
The service was amazing. Started off with Pam being attentive, and making sure I had a wheelchair accessible room. (That was previously ordered but wasn’t confirmed). She went out of her way to find an available room for us. We are extremely thankful. David was also a pleasure and extremely accommodating throughout the remainder of our stay. It was only for one evening, but he answered all of our questions, and assisted whenever we visited or passed by the front desk throughout the evening. We are thankful for the hospitality that was provided!

We ordered room service and the meal was excellent. The quality,quantity,presentation,temperature and value exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and confortable with a great working ac. The only maintanance issue was the ice machine on our floor 6 was not working.
