Great value for the money, pleasantly surprised, heated pool and jacuzzi; the area, Pinaple grove is very lively day and night, has that great resort feel.

Barely 2 words from the front person checking us in. I had to ask all the questions. Was not told I needed a parking pass. After looking at other cars and noticed parking passes, I went to the front office and asked for one. They knew I was parking and was charged also during check in. The lack of customer service at the front office was pretty obvious..fridge in the room not plugged in therefore we couldn’t get it cold fast enough to use it.
