La habitación muy comoda y limpia. Muy recomendable para familias sobre todo con niños pequeños porque tiene cocina completa, estufa, refrigerador, fregadero. La cocina esta equipada con vasos, platos y cubiertos ademas de algunas casuelas para cocinar. Y tiene tambien liquido de fregar con su esponja. El baño tenia aparte una mesita con su silla y un espejo de pared muy conveniente para maquillarse o peinarse. El shampoo y jabon que suministran es demasiado pequeño y no alcanza para una familia de 4. Desearia que pusieran pomitos un poco mas grandes asi uno evita tener que estar pididendo en el front desk mas articulos de higiene personal. En la sala tiene otro televisor, y tambien tiene closets. Las camas son muy comodas aunque un poco altas pero esta bien. Me gusto que el piso no era alfombra. El desayuno muy bueno tambien. Tienen varias opciones de desayuno. Nos gusto mucho. Todo el pesonal son muy serviciales.

Got in to town around 9pm. Check in was quick & easy! Everything was clean. Ran & got something quick to eat & got a charger within 2 minutes from room! Would recommend to anyone!

Housekeeping made sure that we were comfortable and had enough towels for everyone in the room. We were out during the day and when we returned they came to the room and checked on us to make sure we had enough. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and this is the first time that has ever happened..

Ms. Ali was fantastic directing the breakfast room! She was friendly and very accommodating! The room maids were also very talkative and nice! The room was excellent and the hotel is placed in a very attractive and peaceful area! We will be back in October! Thank you!

Customer service front desk is bad. No welcoming at all. I paid through Expedia and the lady ask me to have card and now I see big o charge for what. Hopefully it goes away else I am not leaving any social media or Google place with bad reviews.

Discovered AFTER I checked in that the hotel did not have free 24/7 shuttle service to the airport as do the other hotels near the airport. AND even the paid shuttle wasn’t available until 7am. This is mean I’ll never use this property again

The best hotel! Staff us professional and friendly. Always extra towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is wide. The bar is great, breakfast free. I will stay here again. Love it

This hotel had great amenities and the room was like a little studio apartment. The couch wasn't a pullout which would've been nice but It was perfect for my needs otherwise. However, one out of the 2 tvs didn't work, neither phone worked even though they were plugged in, a lamp wasn't plugged in and it was behind a heavy dresser so I couldn't do it, the tub was full of dirt as though they filled up the tub and slowly let it drain which left a ring around it. I had to rinse it. The sheets were stained under the comforter. The staff was helpful but I didn't have time to have people in and out for all these issues and I don't like people in the room while I'm away in any hotel. The breakfast was good but they wouldn't allow you to take it back to your room. Free WiFi but it was on the slower side. They did have Ethernet hookups for work but I didn't use it. Laundry room for guests, gym, business center, pool and bar in lobby. I would stay again in hopes they fixed some of the issues I had before arriving. They were more than willing to assist while I was there though so I appreciated that which is why I'd stay again.

Messed up my two reservations, my parents in one room my husband and me in the other. Parents left one day before us so when they checked out we realized the mistake and we had to pack up and swap rooms! Hotel itself good, after dark be cautious outside unless you want drugs then I guess its fine!

Stayed here for 1 night in December travelling from Orlando to Miami. Perfect location within walking distance of shopping centre and restaurants. Breakfast was included and kids were happy with waffle maker and selection of food.

Super friendly staff! Continental breakfast included. Rooms were super spacious, fully stocked kitchen, comfy clean beds! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others
