Beautiful room with the ocean view, good restaurants with the view and clean sandy beach!!! And a very relaxing spa! The staff was very professional and great room service! We are happy that we stayed there and created beautiful memories.

We had a wonderful vacation experience. Hotel/Resort is beautiful and the staff extremely accommodating, service exceptional!! I have only two complaints …..the coffee shop had an awful odor, just terrible very unappetizing. I was looking forward to grabbing a cup in the morning but it was impossible to even walk in the shop. My other complaint is, although the beach is beautiful it does not look as presented in the pictures. I am not sure if the hurricane in the past had anything to do with the fact that the beach area is extremely narrow. It is not spacious to relax, and gets crowded very easy. Only one row of chairs will fit across the beach I did even see and lounge chairs as pictured - disappointing. Spent the week by the pool

I learned this weekend what a Forbes 5 Star rating means . It means than you still have bad service but from staff who smile and try to use your name. Being served slow with a smile is not worth the extra charge they demand . Plus having to deal with local club members who help to keep the property alive during off season , but break all the rules put a sour taste in our stay. Adult only area means Adult only area, and not reserving chairs means not reserving chairs , your pool attendants are laughing at you and making among during the season, probably much more then the GM. Should have used the Four Seasons, my bad …

The hotel is beautiful and staff is very friendly. We did not like the beach area. It’s very short and only opens up in the afternoon bc of the high tide. Kids did not want to go in bc we had a warning the whole trip. The bright side was lots of seashells. We also didn’t care for the 2 double size bed room. A double size bed is a little small for 2 adults. The bathroom was very pretty.

The service at this hotel is really what makes it stand out. It is truly exceptional. Every one of our group of 5 had multiple stories to tell about a staff member who went above and beyond. From the gift shop lady, to the housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff, it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself has delicious food at every venue, a lovely adult pool, and comfortable spacious rooms. Only criticism is the lack of a hot tub in the adult pool area. Spa is exceptional and gym is great. Will definitely return.

The hotel is a true luxury. Great staff, clean, beautiful ocean, good food. There is no other like this one from Boca to Palm Beach. However, the practice of grabbing the pool lounges around 7 AM by some hyper competitive visitors and then disappearing for hours or never re-appearing at all should be banned. It reminds cheap all-inclusive resorts. Another mild problem is a really long line of hungry visitors trying to get breakfast at Polpo. I'm sure something can be done to resolve the breakfast congestion. Stir bar, The Breeze can be used to help.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room service was excellent. Felt very safe there. I am an early riser (5:30 - 6 AM) and I would sit at a table in the large beautiful lobby to work and I was always greeted by a staff member who offered to get me coffee. all very sweet and lovely people working there. It is a dog friendly hotel and I never saw any "accidents" anywhere. There is a family pool and the adult pool is smartly situated away from the family pool where it is a calmer atmosphere. Poolside service is excellent with terrific staff.

Lovely property; well kept. Food very good. Returned after dinner and turn down and found door left ajar. Reported but no response. Had to call each day to get room cleaned before late afternoon. Called for car 15 minutes prior to needed but not once ready; wait 5-15 minutes…or more. Then wrong car brought last time. Disappointed.

What I loved about this hotel was the Staff😊..Professional and attentive...( shout out to Brendon and David, the Bellman..naturally hospitable folks👍) My biggest disappointment was the Beach.( not the hotels fault) but i wanted to "Walk the Beach" and swim there, but the beach vibe was killed by the shore erosion😔. ( would have also been nice if hot tub was not exclusively an Extra fee through the spa😐)...

Excellent place to stay. Long beach for walking. Heated pool was great. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Had balconies with swinging hammock and table/chair. Valet parking only option, for $40/d. For about twice the price of a regular motel, it was well worth the price.

Beautiful property, very clean and outstanding service staff. The only drawback is the beach or lack thereof. It has eroded so you can only enjoy a walk at low tide. Food and restaurants were also excellent.

The place was beautiful just like the pictures. Service in restaurants, poolside, beach was slow if we got any service at all. Had to eat off-site for good food. I have a genetic heart condition and am on a low-sodium diet. I ordered a meal that didn't have sauce and wasn't something pre-seasoned. I requested no additional salt. When it arrived, I could see salt all over it. The waiter just shrugged and took the plate and said 'well I told them.' Not what I expect from a 4.6 star hotel.
