The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "
