Conveniently located near shops and restaurants, our rental offers beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, and towels. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom or a portable fan. · The building has MONTHLY PEST CONTROL inspecting/treating every room, but Florida natives-palmetto bugs and sugar ants sometimes come into the buildings for shelter when conditions are unfavorable outside. Don't be alarmed as they do not bite. · There is shared pool in the courtyard and laundry facilities in the building.
