This is a very unique condo in a historical registry building. Beautiful heated pool and a great patio area to enjoy a sunny morning coffee or evening cocktail. Beach access was a few blocks away. The owner had lots of beach items available to bring down to the beach. We loved that we didn’t need to rent a car as everything we did was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Amazing restaurant literally across the street (Echo) and a beautiful church with an amazing choir next door. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had about the property or the area. Palm beach was nice and quiet but close enough to walk or Uber to West Palm beach for a more lively evening vibe. I highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to be back again soon. ##### meredith m. Incredibly comfortable, stylish and elegant. And it feels like home. This gorgeous apartment is an oasis situated in a wonderful part of the Island. Tucked away in a building filled with nostalgia and history, this retreat made it hard to leave. Plenty to experience within a mere five minute walk. The pool setting is magnificent and all your worries will melt away. The host has appointed this getaway with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Had a very European feel and loved the decor and the private outdoor balcony. Super comfortable beds, great linens, good wifi and most of all the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Lovely 24-hour building staff, quiet workspace/library and pool. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? Can't wait to return and rent the same unit. ##### Melody T. Only comment would be more information on the property and its amenities pre/at check-in would be useful, however the property owner was quite responsive when any questions were asked. Cleanliness rating only 4 out of 5 due to one wine glass still having residual lipstick marks and sone of the cutlery having a lot of water marks on. The unit was comfortable and nicely furnished. The king bed was very comfortable. There were a few items that could use attention...out of 8 lights in the small bathroom, 4 were out; there was a ceiling section in the bedroom that may have been removed for maintenance and not returned. The wifi was fine in the main room, but not in the bedroom...this may just be because it's an old building with thick walls. This was a great location and fit for what we were wanting. It was my mother’s 81st Birthday and we were close to good restaurants and the Flagler Museum. The people around were so friendly and the pool was great. Plus, the most beautiful grocery store is across the street to grab other meals. So relaxing on the private patio which was shaded early morning. So lovely and such a fun environment. Attentive host when I had a question during our stay. I have already recommended! ##### Patti S. The location is perfect and we really appreciated the things that were provided for the beach. We liked going using the Sunrise Ave. beach access gate. It is just a quick 5 minute walk from the apartment and it takes you to a nice quiet part of the beach. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. ##### Michelle B.
