Relax in the comfortable swivel arm chair, which moves to face the smart flat screen TV (with rotating arm). Enjoy a restful nights sleep in the King size remote adjustable bed (can raise both the head and feet) with down pillows and mattress topper. The unit is located on the third floor (no one above you) away from the elevator but just a short walk halfway down the hall. The dining table not only serves as a place for coffee, cocktails or meals, but is a spacious spot for your laptops if you need to do a little work or keep up with emails! For those with extended stays, there is a full kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer, two eye stove top, Sur la Table combo air fryer, oven, rotisserie and toaster. We provide everything you need for cooking anything during your stay if needed PERFECT LOCATION! Just down the street from the beach and the intracoastal, The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium is just 15 minutes from the WPB Airport! TRANSPORTATION: A car is not necessary as you can Lyft/Uber or Taxi around the island, and, in many cases, walk! HOTEL AMENITIES offered at The Palm Beach Hotel Condominium include: \~a heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping \~a day spa offering beauty treatments, manicures, pedicures and massages (located in the lobby) \~interior and exterior areas to lounge and relax: the outdoor loggia, just next to the pool, offers comfortable seating where you can read, watch passersby, enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or a drink in the evening \~the lobby offers seating and areas to relax, read or conversate \~the Mezzanine offers cozy seating and a library books you can borrow, tables where you can work or play board games and cards \~laundry facilities (credit cards accepted) BIKES: We have two brand new aluminum bikes with baskets available for rent. $ 25 per stay, plus tax and processing (longer stays are prorated). There is also a pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store (the only grocery store on the island) is just across the street.
