We had to figure out how to operate them but once we did, it was wonderful. Also, the host has a lot of instructions for almost every appliance. We came to Palm Beach Gardens for a family reunion and Mark and Wendy’s home was just perfect! It’s situated on the Fazio golf course and the pool and deck are the perfect spots for watching the golfers play! The kitchen is huge and the dining room is perfect for family game nights! Mark and Wendy are very proud, proactive and responsive owners of their property in Palm Beach Gardens. The house is like a home from home, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants close by and within easy reach If you are a golfer, you can lie by the pool and watch players on the Favio course at the PGA National. Mark even gave us his two tickets for one of the practice days for the 2024 Cognizant Classic ! Neighbourhood is very quiet and also sits within security gates for added peace of mind. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and Wendy’s house to anyone thinking of renting in this area ##### Gordon C.
