The size of the house is perfect especially it you have more than 2 people. We had most of our meals at the house as it has everything you need to cook. There is also a TV in every room so everyone could watch what they wanted. The pool was so nice and having it heated is such a bonus. We used it almost every day. Grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS and a Walmart were less that a 10 minute drive and lots of options for eating out. The area the house is in is quite nice and very quiet. So the location is great.
