We had an issue getting into the house BUT the hosts responded within 30 seconds and spoke to us through the doorbell to get in. This was no issue with us. The WiFi did not work, and although we didn’t necessarily need it it would have been nice as cell signal in the house sucked. My only other complaint would be there was not enough towels or linens. Per the host, guests should spend an hour cleaning the daily infestation of ants and gnats out of the pool. Our 2 teen girls could not use wifi 3 of the 5 nights. Owners blamed the cable company. Our last day, the pool guy arrived at 3\. He left and returned upon request later. We left a day early. If you’re looking to stay near a lot of shops and restaurant, this place is for you! The check-in and check-out process was very simple. Things that could have been better would include cleanliness. When we walked in, there was an odd smell. Like maybe the owners had a cat because it smelled like cat litter. There were 5 people staying in the house. We were given 5 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. There was a trundle bed in the bunk room but no extra sheets or blankets in the house.
