This is a great little studio for two. It has a loft bed that might not be accommodating for an older or larger person. A young person would love the loft, and it's also great for a day nap. We ended up using the pull-out sleeper couch at night rather than climb up and down the ladder. The location is convenient to downtown and the wineries. Off-street parking was good and the host's instructions were excellent. While attached to a residence, the studio felt private. ##### David W. It was to adult males this trip and since we spent most the day out exploring the space was not to small and had all the necessary conveniences. The property was very clean, and everything is new and/or well kept. There were some really welcome touches like hair ties and lotion available. Some small snacks, coffee with fixings, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were shocked by the AC until because in our many stays in mountain towns AC is a rarity, BONUS!! Our little family enjoyed staying at this cute studio apartment in beautiful Palisade. A quick walk to downtown and Riverbend Park. Clean, comfortable, and cozy! The kids loved the Palisade Farmer’s Market and an evening walk along the Colorado River. We had everything we needed and more! The hosts were helpful and friendly. ##### Daney S.
