We moved our dates back into October and were given 4 days when we had paid for 5 originally. Confusion over leaving on the 7th versus through the night of the 7th. As instructed, we washed the sheets and towels when we left and remade the bed. We vacuumed all the floors and furniture, cleaned up the counters, etc. No shoes inside. We were shocked to have $125 deducted from our deposit for inadequate cleaning. Never saw or talked to anyone. The $100 for the dog was reasonable but we mentioned a dog at the start and a fee was not on the listing information or the original invoice and payment, so another surprise. Negotiations went nowhere.
