Ideal for a cultural holiday, a relaxing time, a business trip, Uloft offers all the comforts and offers the most beautiful experience for those who want to visit Palermo. Guests will have the exclusive use of the house. The accommodation Uloft is characterized by the combination of aesthetic research and design functionality. Adjacent to this is also a convenient storage / laundry accessible through sliding walls and equipped with ironing and cleaning corner. On the same level you will find the double bedroom with large wardrobe and bathroom with shower box and accessories. A modern staircase leads to the second floor, a mezzanine with glass floors and where the relaxation area (studio / reading) can be transformed into a second sleeping area using the sofa bed. Below home and in the immediate vicinity, quaint restaurants, clubs, shops and meeting venues complete the painting. A few meters away the ancient port of Palermo "La Cala" where along the quay, which has just been restored, it is possible to walk, run or bicycle. Grundsätzlich machte das Apartment einen sauberen und aufgeräumten Eindruck. Es liegt direkt in Hafennähe, hat jedoch die Fenster zur Straße. Also man sieht, hört und riecht nur die 4-spurige Hauptstraße. Die Ausstattung war soweit ok, allerdings steckte der Teufel im Detail. Es gibt zwar Heizkörper, doch diese funktionierten nicht, geheizt (und im Sommer gekühlt) wird über zwei Split-Klimaanlagen. Die im Aufenthaltsbereich gab nicht viel Leistung her, wahrscheinlich müsste sie mal gewartet werden. Warmes Wasser wurde im Bad mittels eines 60-L-Elektrospeichers erzeugt. Eigentlich ok, allerdings reichte beim Aufheizen der Strom nicht aus, so dass beim gleichzeitigen Betrieb des Wasserkochers (wahrscheinlich kaputt) oder des Elektroherdes jedes mal die Sicherung kam. Der Toaster funktionierte auch nicht, wahrscheinlich brauchte der zu viel Strom. Duschen war ebenfalls spannend. Zu gewissen Zeiten sank der Wasserdruck auf Null, meistens dann, wenn man unter der Dusche stand.
