They were extremely helpful in giving us advice as to things to do in Palermo and assisting to get a driver for a very early flight. The flat was very clean and comfortable. It is 4 flights up, but we knew there was no elevator. Our flight was delayed and they had someone there to meet us. There is an awesome terrace. We watched fireworks from the Cathedral one night.
