The accommodation, located on the first floor with elevator, opens onto the living area consisting of a sofa, TV, dining table, and fully equipped open kitchen. From this area, you can access the small balcony. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms. A bathroom with shower completes the layout of the house. \*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents. \*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot. \*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the “Baroque itinerary of Palermo” to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the “Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets,” which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be “strictly” tasted with the sole help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire notable buildings, streets and squares.
