The apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building with an elevator. The house, which spreads over two levels, boasts furnishing elements of Arab tradition mixed with modern and design furniture, creating a unique style. The first level features the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area is distributed over the two floors; the first bedroom houses a French bed, the second bedroom, accessible by taking a staircase in the living room, is located in the loft that houses a queen-size bed, a closet, a desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout. The highlight of the accommodation is the furnished terrace with dining area and deck chairs where guests can relax in their free moments. \*We inform our guests that the the ground floor of the building is currently subject to renovation. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic quarters. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire important buildings, streets and squares. Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. A space that is the protagonist of an urban regeneration and redevelopment project with the aim of telling tourists and locals about the city's history and the fundamental role of its port for the entire territory. My challenge was communicating with the host company...they didn't respond via messages on VRBO app and twice I had to go through VRBO and I had to phone for follow up when I needed to adjust my dates then the number attending. They kept sending notices about registering as my date approached but I couldn't until they changed the number at the property on their end. As soon as I was arriving...then they started responding via what's app. The woman who met me at the property was very accommodating and informative. Great spot...nice place but I will never book a property owned by wonderful Italy again. ##### Ellen O. Séjour de 8 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### ANDREA S. 14 août 2025 Points faibles : Propreté La casa è bella e funzionale ma se fosse stata più pulita sarebbe andata meglio ... faccio presente bagni sporchi e spazzoloni del wc abominevoli (livello di bagni pubblici-abbiamo dovuto comprare disinfettanti e passare un pomeriggio a pulire ed igienizzare almeno gli ambienti principali), forchette contate (siamo 4 e c'è ne sono 5) assenza di padelle per cucinare (ci sono solo pentole) terrazzo e pavimenti di casa sporchissimi (piatto doccia con sabbia e macchie)... divanetto al corridoio pieno di macchie da non sedercisi ...per il costo corrisposto il servizio non è sicuramente all'altezza! ##### ANDREA S.
