Outside, you can enjoy the uncovered private terrace and the balcony, from which you can admire beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The property is just a few minutes from the beach, ensuring easy access to coastal relaxation.  
  
Street parking is available and public transport is easily accessible. To facilitate your movements, a shuttle service to/from the airport and train station is available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. We ask you to respect the spaces, the environment, and to follow the house rules during your stay.
