Cozy and central 47 m2 apartment, able to accommodate 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access).  
  
The property is located in the center of Palermo (Restricted Traffic Area), just 140 meters from the Teatro Massimo and 200 meters from Via Roma, one of the main streets of the city.  
  
The apartament consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:  
  
\- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 24" TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony;  
  
\- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;  
  
\- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, portable air conditioning and access to the balcony;

\- BALCONY with access from the living room.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.  
  
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.  
  
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, 140 meters from the famous Massimo Theatre and a few steps from Via Roma and Via Maqueda, two of the main streets of the city. All the main points of interest in the centre, such as the Palazzo dei Normanni, the Cathedral, the Martorana Church, the Pretoria Fountain, as well as the historic Vucciria market can be reached in a few minutes on foot.  
  
In the surroundings of the property it is possible to find all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies).

\- Quattro Canti: 7 minutes on foot;

\- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service.  
  
\- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 101, 102 or 124 with a stop a few minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 20 minutes on foot.  
  
\- For those traveling by car, there are several paid parking lots a short distance from the property. One of the largest (uncovered) is the one located in Piazzale Ungheria, a 6-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
