ACCOMMODATION

The apartment was renovated in 2016, the windows are thermal break with glazing to better soundproof the environment, the entrance door is armored. It consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and LED TV, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Videophone, video surveillance and Wifi free.
It is delivered with towels and bed linen, with hairdryer, iron and drying rack. The kitchen is complete with various household appliances and also a washing machine.


GUEST ACCESS

The guest has the right to use the entire apartment to better enjoy his stay for work or holiday in complete relaxation and privacy.


A TOUR IN THE SURROUNDINGS

Being located at the Quattro Canti, in the historic center, within 300 meters are the most important monuments, churches, theaters, museums, squares, streets of the city (Palazzo dei Normanni, Cappella Palatina, the Martorana, the Cathedral, Casa Professa , Massimo and Politeama theater, Piazza Pretoria or Vergogna and much more). Close to the apartment there are also the popular historical markets of Ballarò, Vucciria and Capo, as well as the nightlife clubs of Palermo. In the area there are several places where you can taste the excellent Sicilian cuisine and the best Street Food. Adjacent are the stops of public transport to reach the different points of the city. It is just 10 minutes from the central train station. In the area there is possibility of parking either in the free street or private garages.

The apartment is located in a historic building of the fifteenth century. (Palazzo Moncada), restored and renovated in 2014/2016, located at the Quattro Canti.
You are in the heart of Palermo, along the Arab-Norman UNESCO route, but you are also in the center between Piazza Massimo and Pretoria, between Piazza Marina and the Parliamentary, between the popular markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria where the lively and intense Palermo movida.
From Casa Petra you can get lost among the noble Palaces of the neighborhood (Aliata, Conte Federico, Mirto etc.), between characteristic alleys of the historic center and among the Arab markets, testimony of the various and varied cultures that have followed one another in Palermo.
