A place where East and West meet and merge creating a rich and happy explosion of colors, sounds, smells, shapes and flavors that exalt the senses. The apartment enjoys a large and bright fully air-conditioned living room which houses a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen area, a cozy and comfortable relaxation / leisure area with large sofa, armchairs with a large 49 inch television, a large bathroom furnished with comfortable amenities and shower, and a bright and well-appointed bed area. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi internet. The apartment has a furnished balcony with table and chairs to admire all the hours of the day, the beautiful panoramic view of Palermo's historic center and its wonderful domes. From the inside of the apartment and from its balcony, you enjoy the splendid view of the Cathedral of Palermo and the Royal Palace. Of particular value is the balcony which opens into the main room, from which you can admire it very clearly in the background, like to crown the roofs of the Old Town, the magnificent and unmistakable profile of the Cathedral of Palermo and the Royal Palace, authentic jewelry of 'Norman Art in Sicily. The ancient building that hostes the apartment has recently been restored at the same time as the apartment itself with the utmost attention to aesthetic and functional aspects, in full respect of the historical and architectural features of the structure. This small apartment is perfectly appointed and perfectly located. It's a 3rd floor walk up, just a few buildings down from the famous Capo Market, toward the end, and a short walk to either the Palermo Cathedral or Teatro Massimo. The apartment is in a "real" Palermo neighborhood, not touristy - you'll hear the sounds of Italian wafting up through the back window from neighbors walking around (we were able to keep the window open for the entirety of our October stay, the weather was perfect).
