LOVELY HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD STAFF - RECOMMENDED
Hotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend...

There was a beatiful view of the bay, staff was helpful and the airport shuttle was much cheaper than a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights we had to stay for one. This is definitely not a 3 star property. It’s a 1 star motel. I should have realized when a notice on the wall states pool opens at 9 to 1:30 and 3:30 to 7pm??? OMG!! When we checked in the room assigned to us STUNK of cigarettes, we requested another room, they should us 2 others much better smelling still a smell of cigarette just like the hallways. Once we were in the room and started looking at the condition of the bathroom and the bed spread we requested a refund which we were told they had no authorization to give us. We got Expedia involved and after1.5 hrs on the phone we stayed the night because we didn’t want to be driving around at night. Morning came we went to breakfast at 9 am (ends at 10) there was practically nothing available (no exaggeration) we had coffee and croissant. One family came in around 9:15 and complained an they brought them bread and cold cuts! Front desk same person from the day before tells us they will refund us the 2 nights. We were out of there in a flash! Avoid this nightmare and book Florio Park Hotel about 10 miles from this place!

This was a very nice place beautiful view close to everything But..... they allow dogs and we had a dog not far from our room that barked all night long

In a nutshell, I got the keys at reception, walked into the room with my family and walked straight out and booked another hotel. They then told me I would not be charged and low and behold there is a charge on my credit card.

Bellevue del golf has Friendly staff , but poor quality rooms , the first room they gave my son an was unacceptable. After complaining they gave us larger room , no air.conditioner working , Poor quality beds , and ants and bugs in room We paid for three nites but left after one . This place needs. Lot of work . I request that hotels . Com kindly refund my money .

Great views, nice staff.
This hotel has amazing views. We had a spacious, clean room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. You can walk down into Capaci or down along the shoreline. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and they offer dinner service.

I would stay again
I was in and out after a late arrival at the airport. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful rooms. Very convenient to airport and very driveable (for those of us that are driving in Italy for the first time). Room was very quiet and breakfast was good.

The most important hotel's asset is the outlook toward isola delle femmine and the Sferracavallo's harbour. It is really amazing.

When we arrived, tired after a long drive, we were waved away from the on-site free parking by a security guard, who said we couldn't enter the lot because a movie was being filmed there. We drove around confused, in busy traffic, until a different guard told us to park up a hill behind the hotel on a narrow little road, where we had to squeeze in among a bunch of film crew cars. Then we had to lug our bags back to the hotel. The clerk there told us that we could move our car to the hotel lot after the film crew left, but that wouldn't happen until around midnight!! She led us to our room, which was a rather tired efficiency unit way in the back of a separate adjunct building, which required us to weave through pitch-black exterior stairwells and ramps, as there were no exterior lights. The hotel had a pool, but the film crew were set up throughout the public spaces and required silence, so we didn't use it. We were hungry and hoped to eat at the hotel's restaurant, but we were told it closed in an hour (at 8pm), and they couldn't accommodate us due to how busy they were. So we walked about 15 minutes into the little town below, where we got a decent meal. We wish the hotel had alerted us in advance, via Expedia, to the fact that a movie crew were dominating the hotel and grounds, so that we could have had the option of staying elsewhere. The hotel itself was clean enough, and the lodging was basic. We paid about double what the hotel now appears to be charging.

Nice Location
The hotel itself if in a great location on a headland where in the evening the sea breezes are a welcome relief from the daytime summer heat. The food in the restaurant is very good and the buffet dinner was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and the Air conditioning units were nice an quiet. Very easy to walk down into the village for a drink or a meal.

Nice clean and a lovely fresh pool to dive into.
Good value for a family stay, nice bar and pool too. Lovely fish restaurants in Sferracavallo.

The wifi was not accessible from rooms. Only in the lobby. Beds were hard and the rooms are very plain. BUT, they are very friendly and accommodating. The manager spoke decent English and the brought us a microwave to our room (the rooms do not have one). Also, the view is amazing and free breakfast was delicious. Another plus is the 20 foot walk to the bus stop that takes you to Palermo for less than $2 per person.

Very disappointed, but I guess that is what comes with the price. Felt like a college dorm, and there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout. I would not stay again. Could be good for a family staying on a budget, or a large group of college kids looking for a crash room.

Hotel was ok and staff were friendly but limited English. Bathroom in room too small, my shower dripped continuously. The view from my room was stunning, absolutely beautiful. Swimming pool was closed the whole time I was there (4 days), the water was green. I booked the hotel because it had a pool so not really impressed. Food in hotel restaurant was great and reasonably priced although you don't need to look at menu because nothing they have is on it

Belle Vue - aptly named.
We stayed outside of Palermo and had to get a new hotel at short notice. Hotel decor was a bit 1970s, however the staff were great, welcoming and friendly. A great price for a real Sicilian feel. The breakfast had a great selection and the views over the bay from the location of the hotel were amazing.

Pool was perfect and staff were lovely.
Lovely, we arrived at 7am ( 7 hours before check in) and was showed straight to our room with no problems. Had requested a room with a sea view and thats exactly what we got. We just booked a double room and we got an apartment. It had a kitchen and 3 rooms, slept minimum of four which was more that what we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and looked out over the sea which was lovely. had the pool to ourselves most days. Had lunch in 3 days and ate at the resturant one night when they had a cocktail bar and buffet which was lovely food and a lovely atmosphere. Small village 10 minute walk with lots of resturants to choose from.

I've stayed here before, but this time, it was a down ride because the fridge in the room was old, off, filthy, and moldy. The view and the location are spectacular. This can be a great hotel if the upgrades are completed. The price was right on!

Bus stop to Palermo is located nearby. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Stone beach is nearby. Apartment kitchen was good. Sink, kitchenware, little stove, fridge. Close to airport. Very beautiful scenery.

We stayed 8 nights in the hotel. We got our room on third floor. We had a fantastic view from the balcony which is overlooking on the bay and the port. The room was clean, but the balcony has not been wiped up for couple of days, we had to use our slippers to go out. The breakfast could offer more choice for guests ( cheese, salami, vegetables) The staff has poor knowledge of English, but unfortunately this is true for most of the local people. But overall we spend a nice holiday there.

You gotta go for the breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Stephano, the manager, was over the top friendly and competent. There was no negative side on this one.

Out of the way suprise.
Hotel is situated in a very lovley setting on the side of a big hill over looking the Meditranian sea on one side and a quaint beutiful fishing villiage on the other side on a lagoon you can walk. Breath taking views. The hotel is owned and run by the family for many decades. Grandmom, is still involved in overseeing the operation. The staff and family members speak english enough for us to get our thoughts over. We had a 3 day stay, enjoyed meals and a glass of wine in the evenings overlooking the views. It is close enough to the airport 30 min drive. European style building with a spanish flair, orginally a house, expanded into a hotel. Large meeting /dining rooms an outside teike bar and seats to watch the sunset. Authentic southern Italian buildings not a Holiday inn. We loved it.

Best view of beach, love it
This was the first hotel that I went to in Palermo. The hotel was amazing for me. My whole family liked it and we would like to take our friends and family next time we go. I like the hotel people, they are friendly. Communication was hard as many of the receptionist speak little English but that's was okay for us as we know little Italian. Overall i likes the hotel and the people and i would go back again to the same hotel.

Negativ: Der Zustand des Badezimmers war ziemlich desolat: Schmutzwäsche des Vorgängers noch am Haken, keine Zahngläser oder -becher, keine Seife (weder am Stück noch flüssig), keine Papiernastücher, ungenügende WC-Spülung (erst nach 3-facher Spülung einigermassen sauber), und das Übelste: die WC-Bürste bestand aus einem braunen Klumpen!
