The apartment, located on the first floor of a historic building, opens onto an open space furnished with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a cabinet with a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large closet with a mirror, a dresser and a TV. It also has access to a balcony overlooking the street. A large fully-renovated bathroom with shower completes the layout. Amenities such as Wi-fi connection, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and independent heating will be at guests’ disposal. \*We inform our guests that the building is currently subject to renovation and painting. Due to these renovation works, there could be some noise during the day. The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares. The other inhabitants of the building were regularly loud, in the night sometimes very loud. The homeless refugees who live on the Piazza della Kalsa try to earn some money by "helping" the tourists with parking their cars, sometimes in aggressiv way. About the flat: the coffee machine did not work. Despite of reclamation no reparation. A garbage can in the bathroom would be usefull, so as a kitchenknife and a broom. ##### Ahmad E.
