Hotel correct dans une région charmante
L'endroit est propre et plutôt bien situé. Malheureusement, ma réservation comprenait le petit déjeuner. Je ne l'ai eu que pendant la fin de semaine. Les jours de la semaine, le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus.

Best hotel room I’ve stayed in.
The lodge was amazing. The rooms were huge and very very spacious, including the bathrooms. Extremely clean and the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable ones I’ve ever come across in a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and warm. Unfortunately they were shutting down for business and I was apparently the last guest to checkout! I wish they’d keep it running. I’d go back to the catskills just to stay there!

I had gone up to get away from my hectic life and have some peace and quiet in ski country. The hotel is fine, it more than lived up to my expectations. Friendly staff, clean room, quiet, pretty setting in the woods. I'd go back! Thank you Nate and Brian!

Good stay
Was a bit hesitant with some of these reviews but the stay was not bad at all. The room we stayed in (in the Lodge upstairs) was spacious and clean. Had a good night sleep and a good shower the next day. Some complained about the breakfast but had no issues with it. They had all kinds of bagels, good butter and jam, good coffee, and excellent orange juice and pineapple juice. Would stay there again next time I return to Hunter.

Pretty run down and old. Door in bathroom didn't work, whole place needs a lot of love. Front desk was super nice though.

The rooms are very clean. The property is well kept for the most part. Very outdated though but that personally doesn’t bother me. Staff was very friendly. Only issue I’d say is the “breakfast”. It essentially is store bought bagels (horrible ones at that), ice cold hard boiled eggs, and a few other things. Nothing warm like we were expecting.

Overpriced. Absolutely, no one liked the place in my party. There was a sponge in the sink that was dirty, not a new one for guests to use. I have not stayed somewhere with no tissues before. The living room with the tv was freezing, even with the heat turned up to max. Absolutely, no privacy, because of missing blinds in the kitchen and living room. I would not recommend.

Definitely a nice place to stay. One thing I didn't realize is there are two parts - the hotel- and motel-side. The hotel-side (lodge) is likely nicer (and more expensive). The motel-side is labelled "economy" and it's exactly that. Pleasant enough. No frills.

This property is a little out dated but the cleanliness and friendly staff made up for everything. I really enjoyed the outdoor areas and the laid back atmosphere. This was my second visit and I will be back. Thank you.

Area and rooms were clean. Ceiling tiles are clean but not well fitted. AC unit (not used, winter) was not well fitted letting cold air in. Carpet was getting old

Comfortable, quiet with easy access to the Mtns
This is a cute little lodge in the Catskill Mountains. We stayed with kids and had a lot of fun. The lodge provides easy driving access to the mountains and all the great sights. They have a decent continental breakfast with bagels, coffee, hard boiled eggs, and cocoa. Campfires outside and movies on the grass. The rooms could have been cleaner and are a little dated but our stay was comfortable and quiet like the mountains should be. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay

Wonderful!
It was wonderful! Outdoor movies on Fridays & Saturday nights, a couple fire pits, a mini arcade center as well. The arcade center with the pool table felt like it could be cleaned, especially the pool table, but it was still fun! We played corn hole outside, walked around and we also had some deer visitors! Also - BEST free breakfast bar ive ever had, plus the “honest bar” was super helpful! We grabbed a smores making kit, a blanket, a candle and some other things we needed. I love the products made from bamboo and local! There is a mini trail to a Creek as well! Creek was dry, but fun to walk around a pick rocks! We would totally stay here again!

Rustic getaway in the Catskills
The Catskills Mountain Lodge is pretty much what one would think, quaint and rustic with a bit of country hospitality. Although there were a few hiccups when we checked in, such as no running water and a tv that wouldn’t shut off or change the volume, the staff worked diligently to rectify the situation as quickly as possible (though the tv remained possessed). The property is spacious with plenty of places to gather, either outdoors by the fire pit, or indoors at the game room. We enjoyed an outdoor movie with our own homemade cocktails (FYI, the “bar” has no liquor license but you are welcome to bring your own and imbibe anywhere on the property). All in all the room we stayed in, which is a separate building from the main lodge, was comfortable but could use a wee bit of updating. Yet it was clean and quaint with a great atmosphere and perfectly situated in the Catskills, surrounded by all the wonders of nature. Would definitely stay there again.
