"Desde la primera noche nos quejamos del excesivo calor en las habitaciones. En mes de abril y con mínimas de 1 grado no hubo otra opción que dormir con la ventana abierta para refrescar la temperatura. Teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está ubicado en una entrada de Palencia, el ruido de la circulación impedía del descanso. En ningún momento nos dieron alternativas ni el personal de mantenimiento revisó la instalación. Al final decidimos abandonar el hotel antes de lo previsto. El desayuno...

"This is a small, family run, boutique hotel in a little village just off the main motorway. Everywhere was spotless and the staff were very helpful. We checked in through an intercom at the main entrance which was unexpected but worked well. Dinner was served in the breakfast/dining area with limited options but it was freshly cooked to order and very good. There were also hot and cold options for breakfast and again, it was all cooked to order. Our dogs were very welcome too. We will definitely return if we are in this area again. "

"I was a bit disappointed with the hotel and would describe it average at best. The hotel pool is a nice asset if a little cold. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the drains made the whole room smell somewhat if the door was left open. The covers on the beds were also dirty. The staff were friendly. "
