The house offers 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a toilet, comfortably distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, guests will find a bright living/dining room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one adapted for reduced mobility), plus a convenient toilet. The first floor includes 5 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and access to a private terrace.

Enjoy the outdoors with a large fenced garden, outdoor dining porch, barbecue area (subject to local regulations), and private parking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Ideal for a relaxed vacation, the home comes with bed linen, towels, and kitchen essentials. A travel cot is available upon request. Please note: beach towels are not provided.

The property does not allow pets, smoking, parties, or visits from non-registered guests. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

A refundable security deposit is required. Tourist tax of €1 per adult per night (max 7 nights) is mandatory. Late arrivals and key-related incidents may incur extra charges.
