### Charming Rustic-Modern House with A/C & WiFi, 200m from Beach in Palamós Center

HUTG (039750). Modern rustic style house located in the heart of the village. This rustic yet modern home radiates charm from the moment you see it. On the ground floor we find the fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room equipped with TV and a toilet. On the upper floor is the main double suite with full private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds), and a third bedroom with a double bed. The facade of natural stone and aged wood evokes a sense of history and tradition. The apartment has air conditioning and wifi. It is located 300m from the beach and right in the center of town.
