The property is spread over three floors and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 7 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with sofas, a garden, and access to the communal pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi and parking for added convenience. Pets are allowed on request with a supplement, but the property is not available for youth groups under 35 years of age. The villa is part of a peaceful development surrounded by a pine forest, providing a serene atmosphere just moments from the beach. The proximity to Llafranc’s stunning coastline allows guests to easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and the beautiful promenade, shaded by pine trees.
