Formidable single-family house designed in contemporary style, located within a fantastic community that has a tennis court, swimming pool and gardens. The house is distributed on two levels. We enter through the main floor where a hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped american style kitchen, beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there is an exit to a pleasant terrace and a garden area where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Costa Brava. On this same floor we also find a double room with a private bathroom with shower, courtesy toilet and laundry area. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with access to a nice terrace with views of the communal area. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Here also there is a double bedroom ensuite with a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a large terrace with views of the house's garden.
