Simple apartment located a few minutes walking from the quiet and beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to restaurants, cafes and shops.   
  
Apartment located on a first floor without a lift with a maximum capacity for 6 people.   
  
It is part of a quiet community with a communal swimming pool, gardens and children's playground. Ideal for enjoying peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!   
  
It has a terrace with tables and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun.   
  
Living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace.   
  
Kitchen equipped with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pan, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.   
  
It has 3 double rooms with 2 single beds in each one (2 beds of 90 x 190cm, 4 beds 80x180cm).

#### Lokatie is fijn en rustig

Lokatie is fijn en rustig. Fijn balkon. Dichtbij strand en restaurantjes. Je kunt auto op terrein zetten. Keuken was een beetje viezig en heeft opknapbeurt nodig (roest aan buitenzijde wasmachine en oven) en allegaartje van pannen en bestek. Dat zou echt beter kunnen.
