« Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside! »

« I cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house itself was relaxing, set up so well, well decorated but not over the top. Paul and Erika had everything set up perfectly for our comfort. They could obviously foresee our needs and exceeded them! The neighborhood felt very safe. The listing says "dog friendly" but there was no dog smell/hair- it was super clean. « Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

« Quick family beach trip with my kids age 1yr to 17yrs. Plenty of room for the family of 6 with baby in the master with us. Kids enjoyed the playset outside. There were books and blocks already there that kept the baby entertained. Dishwasher even had a bottle setting which was a nice touch. Washer and dryer were nice. Just up the street from the beach. Overall great experience. »

« This place was great, we were able to fit 10 people and have a spare bed. The only thing I would note is that the showers do not have a door to the bedroom so for a group sharing a room (I.e. the rooms with 2 queen beds) you would have to be mindful of this. Otherwise, great space with spacious central area. Host was responsive and allowed early check in. »

« Probably one of the best Vrbo's we have stayed. Being able to park in and utilize the garage is a huge convenience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They had all the little things that help ease a stay (soaps, garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc...). The community pool was very nice, with a hot tub and nice seating area. Even a bbq! The house was perfect for our family of four. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Fallbrook area. I know...
