The living/dining room features a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a flat-screen TV. It provides access to a terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the same level. No heating option is available. On the top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is an entrance hall with air conditioning. One room with sloping ceilings ranging from 110 to 247 cm in height has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The other room, also with sloping ceilings from 110 to 247 cm high, features two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The vacation rental comes with a terrace spanning 27 square meters, partially roofed and furnished with terrace furniture. It offers a partial view of the sea. Additional amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access.
