Stunning Victorian building newly renovated throughout with bright spacious rooms to relax in. Local amenities nearby. WIFI, Smart TV, secure door entry. Centrally located with excellent transport links 2 mins walk to bus and train station for easy access to GLW Airport, Glasgow City Centre and Renfrewshire. 10 min train journey to Glasgow Central. 5 min walk to Paisley Uni and West College Scotland You will enjoy our bright spacious apartment recently renovated to a high standard. One airy king size bedroom, bright and neutral decor for a restful sleep and black out blinds. The second bedroom has one double bed. Travel cot can also be provided on request free of charge. We advertise as 4 adults but can accommodate one extra adult in an additional single bed - in living room - this would be an additional charge and must be requested before booking. Cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen with brand new built in electric oven, hob and microwave. Tea and coffee supplies are included to use with electric kettle. Washing machine and clothes airer provided. We provide you with a supply of hand soap, dish soap and cloths/tea towels. Any other items you may require we will happily consider sourcing for you on request. Relax in our bright living room with sofa and smart tv. Small dining table to enjoy your meals. Bathroom with modern glass shower cubicle and newly fitted electric shower. Soft fluffy white towels are provided per guest. Complimentary toiletries. Gas central heating throughout property. Easy to use dial to turn on and off. All bed linens are provided along with hairdryer, iron, ironing board and laundry facilities. Please note this property is on the second floor of building with no lift. There is also a pub on ground floor which has live music wednesday - sundays - this does cease by 10pm. It is a central and therefore lively location and whilst we do our best to ensure a restful and comfortable interior some of the exterior noises can be outwith our control. Plenty of local on street free parking options within walking distance.h We are a self check in property though any guests who would prefer a personal welcome I am happy to accommodate where possible. You will enter from side of the building by coded door entry. Your access code with be issued to you 48hours before check in date. This will grant you access to the building. You will then head to your apartment number - 4 Smithhills = apartment numbered 4, Lockbox at your door will hold your keys and will be opened with 4 digit code - set code and push down black switch to open. Inside will be your key for your apartment. One set of keys is provided per booking. Additional sets can be provided on request and security deposit of £20\. There are 2 apartments per floor over a third floor building. We request all guests are mindful of noise when passing through communal areas. Any noise after 10pm is kept a minimum to respect others in the building. We aim to maintain a respectful and safe environment and as such we are strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties. Any guests who choose to not adhere to our guidelines will be asked to find alternative accommodation. You will be issued with my contact number in your check in info - this is your first point of call for any issues. Myself or some of my small team will be on site most days depending on check outs so will always be happy to say hi see how you are getting on or just have a wee blether. (chat). This is a second floor flat with stairs for access only A live music venue is located on the ground floor of our building - the hours tend to be between 4pm-10pm Thursdays - Sundays and till 11pm at weekends so you do hear the music and from their beer garden. This is a central location on main bus route access and next to shopping precinct so expect street noise. After 10pm however there is minimal traffic on roads and pedestrians passing through so generally quietens down. Strictly no unauthorised guests, smoking or parties, any evidence of breaking our house rules will result in a minimum £150 fine and asked to vacate the premises.
