Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), separate toilet. Outside: 20 m² terrace, 300 m² enclosed garden, and 30 m² private courtyard for parking. On a small street located 200 m from Tossen beach, this stone house, in a typical Breton style, is ideal for staying in Paimpol. Furnished with antique furniture, this house offers a serene and authentic atmosphere, perfect for holidays with family or friends. You will appreciate its well-sheltered enclosed garden, very pleasant for outdoor meals or relaxing with a good novel. Its main asset: its privileged location, 200 m from Tossen beach, a small and very pleasant beach with its seawater reservoir that allows swimming at any time, thus avoiding the phenomenon of the tides.
