Days are best spent at picturesque Ti Bay, a short, flat walk away, where you can swim, stroll, or simply soak up the scenery. If you plan to bring a boat, we offer parking for a boat up to 7m long. Back at this laid-back haven, enjoy the fresh Northland air in the private courtyard, perfect for morning coffees or evening BBQs. The spacious layout connects the living room and two bedrooms to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, from a large pantry to modern appliances, including a dishwasher and toastie maker, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze.  
  
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 queen bedrooms (2 with brand-new mattresses and pillows). Plush commercial-grade linen ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the semi-ensuite and second bathroom offer convenience for larger groups.  
  
No matter what adventure you seek in Paihia, this house is at its doorstep. A 2-minute drive to the Waitangi boat ramp, a 4-minute drive to the world-class Waitangi Mountain Bike Park, 3 minutes to the unforgettable Bay of Islands Golf Course, and an easy 10-minute stroll to the Maritime Building, the gateway to all marine-based activities in the Bay.  
  
Take a stroll along the beach to Paihia, where adventure awaits from the wharf—or explore the vibrant downtown, complete with cafes, restaurants, and shops.
