Inside, the light-filled open-plan living area is equipped with a TV, heat pump, and a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher—everything you need for a comfortable, self-catered stay. A modern bathroom and full laundry facilities add to the convenience.  
  
Sleeping two, the spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. As part of a secure apartment complex, guests have access to a heated lap pool, kiddy pool, BBQ area, and sun loungers—plenty of ways to unwind without leaving home. The apartment includes underground parking, a lift, and even an EV charging station.  
  
When it’s time to explore, you’re perfectly placed. Book a sailing or diving charter, cruise to the Hole in the Rock, or ferry across to Russell for a drink at New Zealand’s oldest pub. Cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops are all just a short stroll away.  
  
Take the scenic 25-minute coastal walk to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, or head off on the 5km bush walk to Haruru Falls—just don’t forget it’s 5km back!
