Set amidst a tropical, coastal setting, Te Ti Bay can be spotted from the front deck, showcasing the short distance between you and the water's edge.  
  
Triple opening doors let the ocean breeze and natural light in, while creating fabulous indoor-outdoor flow through to the living, dining and kitchen.  
  
Spark up the BBQ at the rear of the home and get grilling for a classic Kiwi summer feast, paired with a few delicious sides prepared in your kitchen. Meal times will be a breeze, so wander out onto the covered deck to enjoy an alfresco meal with your group.  
  
All the comforts of home await, as The Beach House is equipped with WIFI, a Smart TV with Freeview for entertainment if the weather has you indoors, and a heat pump in the lounge for year-round comfort.  
  
Spend your days down on the beach a two-minute walk away, building sandcastles, going for a swim to cool off, or sharing a good old-fashioned picnic. For a real Bay of Islands adventure, why not try parasailing, take a dolphin-watching cruise to The Hole in the Rock, take the ferry to Russell, or head out on a fishing charter!  
  
In the centre of Paihia town, everything you may need is at hand. Try out the delicious local restaurants and cafes on the wharf, or take a ride through the Bay of Islands to explore different areas.
