Cute Lockwood, super sunny, and fully furnished. Many happy hours can be spent in this home with large deck and a peep of the sea. A short walk up the hill to get a panoramic view of the beautiful Bay of Islands. Just the right place for an easy holiday. Surrounded by native bush with the awesome songs of the tui's in early morning, and the native Moreporks and even kiwi at night. You're only minutes away from all the bay has to offer. This is a great place to stay, loads of books and indoor games to enjoy, Fully fenced section so OK for Pets. Special conditions: Please bring own sleeping bags, sheets & pillow cases, bath mat & towels, tea towels or contact owners to arrange onsite provision Rubbish day is Tuesday. Prepaid rubbish bags available at the Countdown or Four Square in Paihia. Please ensure you remove all of your own rubbish and recyclables unless prior arrangements made. The house was clean and well set up, with three comfortable bedrooms and quality bedding. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, with a great shower and a bath that was perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring.The section was a real highlight - fruit trees and native bush at the back where we saw tūī and heard ruru at night. The area felt really safe and peaceful, and it was only a short drive to the beach and local walking tracks.This was the perfect base for our time in the Bay of Islands.
