There is no air conditioner unit, so take that into account if you run hot - but you can leave the doors open and there are fans to create a beautiful breeze. Lovely sunrise views from the apartment and we enjoyed the hot tub. Our room was spacious and a good size with dual bathrooms for a family. Helpful front desk staff and tour collection was easy from the end of the driveway. Great value for the accommodation on offer. Superb views, clean, good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, the spa was great. It is elevated away from the foot traffic of Paihia which is a nice change. The dvd library was a welcome blast from the past. Modern, excellent views, captured the sun, warm and clean. Fantastic views and just across the road from the beach. The apartment itself was fine, a bit dated. My biggest disappointment was the size of the outdoor spa pool - it was a 2 person, which was a bit of a let down given it’s a 3 bedroom apartment. It was comfortable in all ways with the use of a spa pool on the deck. There were laundry options and the kitchen was fully equipped.
