An excellent location for a family holiday.Check-in was fine via a key safe. Unfortunately our satnav took us on a uphill approach to the driveway, which is impossible for us to turn into, so we had to go past the entrance to turn around so that we could drive up from a down the hill direction.Some of the rooms are small, especially the second twin bedroom. Though for a week long stay that's not really an issue.From the balcony it is possible to see the sea. The main advantage is the short stroll down to the beach, where there are cafes and bars.During our stay we couldn't get the shower to work in the ensuite bathroom. I assume that this was down to a lack of water pressure so we used the electric shower in the other bathroom.Overall we were happy with the accommodation and we had a great week in South Devon.
