The Heart of Pai is in a great location. You can park right in front of your room. The room itself was pretty clean, spacious, with a little deck in front. The resort itself doesn't offer many amenities, but everything you need is nearby anyway. The price of the room is very reasonable. The bar across the street has live music, so expect some noise at night. If you prioritize private space in a good location, "The Heart of Pai Resort" is a great choice.

Very nice property, and the staff are amazing. My only ‘heads-up’ is that you should be aware that there’s a local nightclub across the street, which plays loud music, but this is usually only for a few hours each night (e.g. around 10:00 -11:20 p.m.). For me, the positive aspects of this property far outweighed the few hours of loud music.

가성비 좋은 숙소였습니다. 생각보다 너무 깔끔하고 리조트 내 풍경도 아름다워요. 다만 바로 앞에 음악 소리가 크게 나는 술집이 있어서 잠귀 밝은 분들에게는 비추천입니다.

The room and bathroom is spacious modern and beautiful. The Air conditioning operates perfectly and the refrigerator is good. The TV only has 9 channel but wifi is operational. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I slept very well. I also like the front patio.

部屋のひんやりとした壁、ひんやりとしたタイル、デザイン、すごく良かったです。 ベランダがテラスのように広く、椅子が二脚とテーブルが置いてあり、すごく気持ち良かったです。Wi-Fi環境もよく、PC仕事も捗りました。掃除も頼めば毎日してくれますし、少しメインロードからは離れているのも魅力的。自転車でメインロードまでは10分ほどです。周りに、ヴィーガンのレストランや可愛いカップケーキのカフェ、ローカルのレストラン、なんでもあるので、不便もありませんでした。最後、無料でアヤサービスまで送ってくれたところも助かりました。受付スタッフは一見ツンケンしたイメージですが、話していくとちゃんと親切です。お掃除のおばちゃんたちは仲良さそうに毎朝仕事をしています。いい宿と言えると思います。

Paper thin walls.
Rude staff. Noisy paper thin walls. Can hear everything that happens outside and across the street. Shower water does not get hot. Key deposit. They treat you like a criminal before you even check in. Prices on the wall for everything in the room. They have a sign threatening to charge you if you leave the room dirty. Guests must ASK to have the room cleaned, it's not standard procedure.

Pretty average
I would say this place is very average for Pai. It's extremely central, so was good for the first night. However, it is very busy and noisy and rather soulless. Also there is a building site next door that makes construction noise all throughout the day. Great if you want to stay very central and the rooms and clean, but not a friendly place. Dodgy wifi that only worked intermittently.

One night stay
The place is isolated. So make sure you have cash or you can use CC with a little extra charge. Shower is with salt water, which with the added heat and lack of air conditioning made the stay very uncomfortable. Wifi did not work. I asked for help and they were very rude and just tried to brush me off. Would not go back.

Tranquilo, agua casi fria.
Buena ubicación, a 10min andando de donde te deja el minivan desde Chiang mai, entorno tranquilo, a 5min caminando del Night Street Market, lo unico malo es que sale muy poca agua caliente, te duchas casi en agua fria y con la temperatura de Pai... que por la noche hace frio y en la mañana tambien.. cuesta mucho, en la habitacion tambien sientes frio.
