"Probably the best location in Pai, with the walking street, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Very cool spot. Try grab a river view room. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant & very flexible breakfast times. Needs a little TLC, but a great place. If driving, I recommend you check in before the evening walking street starts, so probably by 3:30pm - if not, just patiently weave your way through."

"Very basic rooms. Misrepresented on Google maps and in hotel booking sites. Certainly not 3\*, possibly not even 1\* Would possibly have been reasonable value at 1/3 the price. No safe in room. No mention at reception. When I asked, I was told he would put things in his room but there is no safe! Little space to hang things. Only one hanger. Pillows are as hard as bricks. Shower is weak and luke warm. Sink tap drips constantly and sink leaks. Noisy fairground over the other side of the river, so loud that the room and fixtures actually vibrate.. yet the hotel failed to inform us about this when we made the booking!
