We stayed here for a week with our family of 5, including our 3 kids ages 3-9\. The house itself is beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for all of us and the living/kitchen area was perfect for hanging out. We cooked quite a few of our meals and we had almost all the tools we needed. The owners were informed of the couple small things we needed. The location of this house is amazing! The back yard looks right into a beautiful city park and is literally steps away from the river. Our kids loved it and the grown ups loved sitting on the porch watching the kids have fun. You are close enough that you could ride bikes into Pagosa Springs, easily. So bring bikes if you can. Each day we were able to explore Pagosa’s hiking trails, then come back to the playground, park, and river which ran right next to the condo. It was a perfect location! Management was prompt in handling a little issue that popped up for us, and communication was excellent. We’d love to stay there again in the future! Highly recommend!!! ##### becca n.
